British Columbia / Boundary/Kootenay
Located in south-central British Columbia, east of the Okanagan Valley to the western flanks of the Rocky Mountains, bordered on the south by the U.S., comprises of the Columbia, Selkirk and Purcell Mountain Ranges. The West Kootenay climate is inland temperate rainforest while the East Kootenay is drier.
