Canada is home to a large population of black bears. Other bears that may be seen in specific areas of Canada are Polar bears and Grizzly bears. There are few things more thrilling than catching a glimpse of one of these magnificent creatures. One must always use extreme caution when in the vicinity of these animals as they are, after all, wild animals! A bear's bulky frame leaves one with the visual impression that bears are slow moving, cumbersome creatures. Quite the contrary it true and these guys can move with lightening speed.
